If there is something I envy about gay men then it has to be the ripped athletic builds on some of these guys.

I consider myself to be quite sporty, or at least I used to be and I am fortunate enough to be in decent shape, most certainly so for my age. Thing is, I know how much it took for me to keep myself in just reasonable shape. To have a body like the guy in picture though is dedication well beyond the capability of the average man.

Quite frankly, the time investment makes it so a balanced lifestyle is improbable by any standard. There simply is not enough time in a day which leads me to believe that as amazing as it looks, it’s just not worth it in the long term.
